Abstract

Menjalankan peran sebagai pekerja sekaligus sebagai ibu dalam keluarga merupakan tanggung jawab yang kompleks. Ibu bekerja sering kali menghadapi berbagai tuntutan yang berasal dari lingkungan kerja maupun kehidupan rumah tangga, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan tekanan dan memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan hidup yang mereka rasakan. Berbagai faktor diduga berperan dalam membentuk kepuasan hidup pada ibu bekerja, di antaranya keberfungsian keluarga dan harga diri. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut terhadap kepuasan hidup ibu bekerja. Penelitian melibatkan 114 ibu bekerja berusia 32–48 tahun yang berdomisili di Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring dengan teknik convenience sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keberfungsian keluarga dan harga diri secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan hidup ibu bekerja. Temuan lebih lanjut mengindikasikan bahwa kontribusi keberfungsian keluarga terhadap kepuasan hidup lebih besar dibandingkan kontribusi harga diri. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi keluarga yang harmonis, berfungsi secara optimal, serta memberikan dukungan emosional dan praktis memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membantu ibu bekerja mencapai tingkat kepuasan hidup yang lebih tinggi.
