Kehidupan modern menghadirkan berbagai tuntutan yang semakin kompleks bagi individu. Tekanan akademik, tuntutan pekerjaan, perubahan dinamika keluarga, serta interaksi sosial yang semakin dipengaruhi teknologi digital menimbulkan berbagai tantangan psikologis yang tidak dapat diabaikan. Fenomena kesepian dan fear of missing out (FoMO) semakin banyak ditemukan pada pengguna media sosial, terutama pada kelompok usia muda . Pada saat yang sama, banyak individu dewasa awal menghadapi quarter-life crisis yang ditandai oleh ketidakpastian arah hidup dan kecemasan mengenai masa depan. Mahasiswa juga rentan mengalami burnout akademik akibat tuntutan penyelesaian studi, sementara pekerja dan orang tua menghadapi work-family conflict serta parental stress yang dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan psikologis telah menjadi isu penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat kontemporer.
