TECHNO-INVASION DAN KEBAHAGIAAN DI TEMPAT KERJA PADA KARYAWAN

Kajian psikologi industri dan organisasi karena berkaitan dengan kesejahteraan, produktivitas, serta keberlangsungan kinerja karyawan. Di era digital saat ini, penggunaan teknologi yang semakin intensif untuk mendukung berbagai aktivitas pekerjaan dapat menimbulkan konsekuensi psikologis tertentu. Salah satu kondisi yang banyak dibahas adalah techno-invasion, yaitu perasaan bahwa teknologi memungkinkan pekerjaan memasuki ranah kehidupan pribadi sehingga batas antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan personal menjadi semakin kabur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh techno-invasion terhadap kebahagiaan di tempat kerja pada karyawan. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 150 karyawan yang berasal dari wilayah Jabodetabek. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi ganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa techno-invasion memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kebahagiaan di tempat kerja pada karyawan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kebahagiaan di lingkungan kerja modern.
