Generasi Z merupakan kelompok yang saat ini banyak berada pada tahap peralihan dari masa remaja menuju dewasa, khususnya pada periode emerging adulthood yang umumnya berlangsung pada rentang usia sekitar 18–25 tahun dan termasuk dalam fase dewasa awal. Pada periode perkembangan ini, individu sering menghadapi berbagai tuntutan, ketidakpastian, serta proses pencarian identitas yang dapat memunculkan krisis psikologis yang dikenal sebagai quarter-life crisis. Fenomena tersebut ditandai oleh kebingungan terkait masa depan, karier, hubungan interpersonal, maupun pencapaian hidup. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh religiusitas terhadap tingkat quarter-life crisis pada Generasi Z. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan partisipan Generasi Z berusia 18–27 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan adalah non-probability sampling melalui metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 109 responden yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring melalui Google Form. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis dengan teknik regresi linier sederhana menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27.0 untuk Windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap quarter-life crisis pada Generasi Z.
