WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT DAN WORK ENGAGEMENT PADA PERSONEL WANITA TNI

Ketidakseimbangan peran ganda banyak dijalankan oleh para wanita. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan work-family conflict, akibat dari banyaknya tanggung jawab yang dijalankan. Work-family conflict menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi work engagement terutama bagi para wanita yang bekerja hal ini juga terjadi pada srikandi angkatan bersenjata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris kontribusi work-family conflict terhadap work engagement pada TNI wanita. Sampel penelitian ini dipilih berdasarkan metode non-probability jenis purposive sampling dengan karakteristik seorang anggota TNI Wanita aktif, telah/sudah menikah, tinggal bersama keluarga, bekerja/berdinas di kantor, sudah memiliki atau belum memiliki anak. Untuk pengukuran menggunakan skala Work-family conflict Scale (WFCS) dan skala Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES 9). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Teknik regresi linear sederhana multidimensi diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.001 (p<0.01) dengan nilai R square sebesar 0.097. Hasil kategori mean empirik variabel work-family conflict terhadap work engagement berada pada kategori rendah. Dengan demikian, hipotesis penelitian ini diterima, artinya terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara work-family conflict terhadap work engagement dan terdapat peran variabel work-family conflict terhadap work engagement sebesar 9,7%.
