PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY DALAM PROFESI POLISI: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Psychological safety pada profesi kepolisian merupakan faktor penting yang berkaitan dengan kesejahteraan psikologis serta efektivitas pelaksanaan tugas anggota polisi. Kajian ini menelaah berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi psychological safety melalui analisis terhadap 18 artikel ilmiah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya tiga kelompok faktor utama yang berperan, yaitu faktor organisasi, faktor sosial, dan faktor psikologis. Faktor organisasi mencakup tingginya beban kerja, kualitas supervisi, serta kebijakan internal yang dapat menambah tekanan pekerjaan. Faktor sosial meliputi dukungan rekan kerja, keberadaan stigma kesehatan mental, dan efektivitas program peer support. Sementara itu, faktor psikologis mencakup stres berkepanjangan, paparan trauma berulang, serta rendahnya kesiapan mental. Kondisi tersebut berkontribusi terhadap meningkatnya burnout, yang prevalensinya pada polisi dilaporkan mencapai 20–30%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa berbagai faktor tersebut dapat menurunkan kinerja, meningkatkan risiko kesalahan kerja, dan memengaruhi hubungan polisi dengan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan kesiapan mental, manajemen stres berbasis bukti, serta penguatan dukungan supervisor dan rekan kerja perlu dikembangkan guna meningkatkan psychological safety dan kesejahteraan petugas.
