APAKAH PELATIHAN MUSIK INTERAKSIONAL TERKAIT DENGAN KEMAMPUAN EMPATI DAN SISTEMASI PADA MUSISI?

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara pelatihan musik interaksional dengan kemampuan empati dan sistemasi pada musisi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional menggunakan metode survei. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji hubungan serta model rasch. Hasil penelitian terhadap 111 musisi menunjukan bahwa pelatihan musik interaksional (PMI) berhubungan dengan kemampuan sistemasi (SQ) (r = 0.214, p = 0.012, N = 111). Kemampuan empati (EQ) tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan pelatihan musik interaksional (r = 0.024, p = 0.400, N = 111). Pelatihan musik interaksional merupakan alternatif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sistemasi.
