ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR DAN KOMITMEN AFEKTIF: STUDI META-ANALISIS

Abstract
Studi meta-analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai korelasi sebenarnya dari hubungan antara komitmen afektif dan organizational citizenshipbehaviour dengan cara melakukan analisa 2 artefak. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan pada 24 studi dalam 15 artikel yang dipublikasi berkisar antara tahun 1993-2018 dengan sampel berjumlah 6604 diketahui bahwa komitmen afektif dan organizational citizenship behavior memiliki hubungan positif dengan nilai korelasi sebenarnya sebesar 0.437. Hal ini menandakan bahwa perasaan karyawan terhadap tempatnya bekerja akan menentukan kerelaan karyawan untuk berkontribusi lebih dari pada yang diharapkan. Dari hasil analisa juga diketahui bahwa dampak kesalahan pengambilan sampel sebesar 9.35% sedangkan dampak varians reliabilitas sebesar 2.73% kerelaan karyawan untuk melakukan sesuatu lebih dari tanggung jawab pekerjaannya ketika karyawan merasa terikat secara emosional dengan perusahaan tempatnya bekerja.
