IKLIM ORGANISASI SEKOLAH, SEMANGAT KERJA, DAN KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA PADA GURU

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi iklim organisasi sekolah dan semangat kerja guru terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel penelitian 166 orang guru yang terdapat di SMA Negeri kota Bogor. Pengambilan sampel diambil secara acak sederhana dari 9 SMA Negeri di kota Bogor. Untuk mengukur iklim organisasi sekolah, semangat kerja dan kualitas kehidupan kerja, peneliti menggunakan skala iklim organisasi sekolah, skala semangat kerja dan skala kualitas kehidupan kerja. Teknik analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi dan semangat kerja memengaruhi kualitas kehidupan kerja guru sebesar 61.4%. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini telah membuktikan adanya kontribusi iklim organisasi sekolah dan semangat kerja terhadap  kualitas kehidupan kerja pada guru SMA Negeri di kota Bogor, sedangkan 38.6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang lain. Selanjutnya, diketahui pula bahwa iklim organisasi sekolah, semangat kerja dan quality of work life pada guru dalam penelitian ini tergolong dalam kategori tinggi. Artinya, guru SMA Negeri Bogor memiliki quality of work life dan semangat kerja yang tinggi, serta merasakan adanya iklim organisasi di sekolah masing-masing.
