Abstract

Cyberbullying adalah perilaku intimidasi nonverbal atau mengirimkan pesan menyakitkan melalui media sosial. Terjadinya perilaku cyberbullying dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara harga diri dan jenis kelamin terhadap cyberbullying pada remaja. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 287 remaja. Untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian digunakan Multiple Regression Analysis dengan bantuan SPSS 17.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable harga diri, dan jenis kelamin secara signifikan mempengaruhi perilaku cyberbullying.
