EFIKASI DIRI AKADEMIK, DUKUNGAN SOSIAL, DAN RESILIENSI AKADEMIK MAHASISWA PERANTAU PADA PEMBELAJARAN DARING DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

Perkembangan pendidikan di masa pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan peralihan pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi daring dalam waktu singkat tanpa persiapan yang matang. Keadaan ini menuntut mahasiswa agar tetap resilien demi mewujudkan pembelajaran daring yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui resiliensi akademik mahasiswa perantau dengan efikasi diri akademik dan dukungan sosial pada pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi COVID-19. Partisipan yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 151 mahasiswa perantau di Salatiga, dengan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri akademik dan dukungan sosial secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap resiliensi akademik mahasiswa perantau sebesar 52%. Temuan riset ini juga memperlihatkan variabel efikasi diri akademik memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kuat (40,2%) dibandingkan dengan dukungan sosial (11.8%).
