Abstract

Pelecehan seksual semakin marak terjadi baik di ruang tertutup ataupun terbuka. Pelecehan tersebut dapat dialami baik oleh perempuan ataupun laki-laki. Pelecehan seksual menimbulkan konsekuensi negatif salah satunya masalah kesehatan mental seperti depresi dan kecemasan, serta post traumatic syndrome disorder. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aspek sosial budaya terhadap sikap pelecehan seksual. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 300 responden yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2021. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online menggunakan google form. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usia, pendidikan, dan budaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap pelecehan seksual, sedangkan pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap pelecehan seksual.
