KESEIMBANGAN KEHIDUPAN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN HIDUP: STUDI META-ANALISIS

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi meta-analisis ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana korelasi keseimbangan  kerja dan kepuasan hidup yang sebenarnya. Meta-analisis dilakukan pada 20 studi yang berasal dari 15 artikel  ilmiah yang dipublikasikan  antara tahun 2012 hingga tahun 2018 dengan jumlah sampel keseluruhan sebanyak  9.079.  Analisi data yang dilakukan dalam  meta-analisis ini yaitu teknik meta analisis dua artefak. Koreksi dua artefak yang digunakan terdiri dari koreksi kesalahan pengambilan sampel dan koreksi kesalahan pengukuran. Berdasarkan hasil meta-analisis yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan hidup memiliki korelasi yang positif (ř = 0.423). Hal ini mendukung studi-studi sebelumnya dimana individu yang mampu menyeimbangakan tuntutan pekerjaan dan  kehidupan pribadinya maka akan lebih mudah untuk menemukan kepuasan hidup.
