ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR: KONTRIBUSI BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMITMEN BERKELANJUTAN PADA KARYAWAN PT. ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTIFINANCE

Abstract

Pada perusahaan jasa kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan merupakan hal yang penting, menurut beberapa penelitian terdahulu OCB adalah variabel yang dapat berdampakpada kedua hal tersebut. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi berkelanjutan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) serta mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berkelanjutan secara bersama-sama terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Jumlah Sampel penelitian ini adalah 80 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) sebesar 52.2%, terdapat pengaruhyang signifikan komitmen organisasi berkelanjutan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) sebesar 47.1%, dan terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berkelanjutan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) sebesar 60.6%. Artinya, masih ada 39.4% variabel lain yang mempengaruhi OCB.
