ADULT ATTACHMENT, PEMAAFAN DAN KESEJAHTERAAN PSIKOLOGIS PADA INDIVIDU MENIKAH

Abstract
Konflik dalam rumah tangga merupakan hal yang mampu merusak keharmonisan rumah tangga, maka, dibutuhkan kesejahteraan psikologis yang baik yang dapat membantu individu menikah dalam mengatasi permasalahan secara efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji kontribusi adult attachment dan pemaafan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis individu menikah. Penelitian ini melibatkan 79 responden (49 istri dan 30 suami), berusia 22-62 tahun. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regreasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menbuktikan bahwa terdapat kontribusi adult attachment dan pemaafan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada individu menikah. Pemaafan memiliki kontribusi terbesar dalam pencapaian kesejahteraan psikologis pada individu menikah, yaitu 28%. Selain itu secure attachment merupakan gaya attachment yang paling memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis
