KONTRIBUSI KEPRIBADIAN OPENNESS TO EXPERIENCE, ETOS KERJA DAN EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA GURU PAUD

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kepribadian openness to experience, eto kerja dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja guru PAUD. Jumlah responden sebanyak 178 orang yang berprofesi sebagai guru PAUD. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kepuasan kerja dengan reliabilitas 0.876, skala The Big Five Personality Inventory (BFI) dengan reliabilitas 0.921, skala etos kerja dengan reliabilitas 0,920 dan TSES (teacher’s sense of self-efficacy) dengan reliabilitas 0,891. Berdasarkan hasil analisis hipotesis, diketahui bahwa kepribadian openness to experience yang dimiliki, etos kerja dan efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan 0,000 (ρ< 0,01) terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa openness to experience yang dimiliki, etos kerja dan efikasi diri berpengaruh sebesar 42,9% (R2) terhadap kepuasan kerja guru PAUD. Hasil penelitian menumjukan bahwa semakin timggi kepribadian openness to experience pada guru PAUD maka semakin puas terdahap pekerjaannya.
