MAKNA KERJA, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN PERILAKU KEWARGAAN ORGANISASI PADA GURU

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh makna kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi guru SMAN X. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan responden yang berjumlah 49 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala perilaku kewargaan organisasi, skala makna kerja, dan skala budaya organisasi. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa makna kerja berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi, namun budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Adapun hasil uji regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa makna kerja dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi.
