Bismaku provides open access to all published articles, allowing readers to freely access, read, and download the full text of each article in every issue. The journal upholds the principle of open dissemination of knowledge to ensure that scholarly work can be widely utilized and to encourage the exchange of scientific knowledge at both national and global levels.

• No publication fees are charged to authors for submitting or publishing articles in the journal.
• Readers are granted free and unrestricted access to read, download, share, disseminate, and cite all articles published in Arjwa.
