Focus and Scope
Arjwa welcomes manuscripts derived from scientific research in the field of psychology employing both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Quantitative studies submitted to Arjwa are expected to adopt multivariate designs and provide significant theoretical and/or empirical contributions to the advancement of psychological science.
In addition to empirical studies, Arjwa also accepts manuscripts in the form of meta-analyses or systematic reviews, provided that these articles demonstrate novelty, uniqueness of variables, or the use of relevant and up-to-date analytical approaches.
The scope of topics covered by Arjwa includes, but is not limited to, the following areas of psychology:
- Clinical Psychology
- Educational Psychology
- Social Psychology
- Industrial and Organizational Psychology
- Positive Psychology
- Indigenous Psychology
Manuscripts addressing sub-topics within these areas are also encouraged. In addition, research topics from other disciplines may be considered for publication if they demonstrate strong conceptual or methodological relevance to psychology and meet the scientific standards established by Arjwa.
