POTRET EFIKASI GURU DALAM PENGGUNAAN TEKNOLOGI: STUDI DESKRIPTIF DI ERA PENDIDIKAN DIGITAL

Abstract
Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan telah mendorong pentingnya integrasi teknologi sebagai katalisator inovasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan efikasi guru dalam menggunakan teknologi di era pendidikan digital. Responden penelitian ini terdiri atas 434 guru yang tersebar di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan skala Computer Technology Integration (CTI) yang disusun oleh Wang, Ertmer, dan Newby (2014) berdasarkan dua dimensi yaitu goal setting dan vicarious learning. Reliabilitas alat ukur dalam penelitian ini memiliki skor Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,965. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan nilai mean empiric efikasi guru sebesar 67,69 dan berada dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya keyakinan yang cukup kuat pada kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan teknologi secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga diramalkan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam berbagai aspek pengajaran.
