EFIKASI DIRI, KETERLIBATAN KERJA, DAN PERILAKU KERJA INOVATIF PADA GURU SMK

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 menciptakan perubahan besar, salah satunya dalam ranah pendidikan. Meskipun sistem pendidikan mengalami perubahan, peranan guru yang inovatif sangat dibutuhkan, terutama bagi jenjang Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), di mana para lulusannya akan bersaing menempati posisi di organisasi yang semakin mengutamakan kemampuan berinovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris mengenai pengaruh antara efikasi diri dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada guru SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan sebanyak 180 orang guru SMK terlibat sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan keterlibatan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada guru SMK. Selain itu, efikasi diri ditemukan tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, sedangkan keterlibatan kerja ditemukan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada guru SMK. Melalui penelitian ini, efikasi diri dan keterlibatan kerja secara bersama-sama menyumbang pengaruh sebesar 13.7% terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, serta keterlibatan kerja menyumbang pengaruh sebesar 31.6% terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada guru SMK.
