KEMAMPUAN ADAPTASI KARIR DAN KEPUASAN HIDUP: STUDI META-ANALISIS

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat korelasi antara kemampuan adaptasi karir dan kepuasan hidup dengan menggunakan metode meta-analisis dengan menghitung koreksi pengambilan sampel dan koreksi kesalahan pengukuran. Data yang dianalisis diambil dari 15 artikel imliah dengan jumlah 20 studi secara kesuluruhan. Berdasarkan perhitunganl meta-analisis yang dilakukan, hasil menunjukan bahwa kemampuan adaptasi karir dan kepuasan hidup memiliki korelasi yang positif, dimana hal ini berarti kememapuan adaptasi karir mendorong Kesuksesan dalam melakukan tugas dan melewati transisi dalam karir sehingga dapat meningkatkan pada kepuasan hidup.
