Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tingkat work-life balance pada wanita karier yang bekerja di Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 60 karyawan wanita karir yang memiliki peran ganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Untuk menguji validitas skala work-life balance, peneliti melakukan analisis validitas isi dengan reliabilitas skala 0.883. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wanita karier yang memiliki peran ganda memiliki tingkat work-life balance yang tinggi yaitu pada skor rata-rata mean empirik 75.23 lebih besar dari skor rata-rata hipotetik 59.5. Berdasarkan data deskriptif responden dilihat dari usia,, pendidikan, jumlah anak, pendapatan, dan lama menikah secara umum didapatkan hasil rata-rata mean empirik dalam kategori tinggi.
