MENINJAU ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA KARYAWAN MELALUI IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) saat ini menjadi perhatian penting dalam sebuah organisasi karena mampu meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan untuk memperbaiki efisiensi, efektivitas, dan kreatifitas organisasi melalui kontribusinya dalam transformasi sumber daya, inovasi, dan kemampuan beradaptasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada Karyawan Melalui iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan partisipan penelitian berjumlah 185 karyawan yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana dan berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi berganda, diketahui bahwa semua hipotesis diterima.  iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap OCB sebesar 28.2%, dimana iklim organisasi berkontribusi yang lebih besar terbentuknya OCB sebesar 27.1% dan kepuasan kerja berkontribusi terbentuknya OCB sebesar 15,3%.
