KESEIMBANGAN PEKERJAAN-KELUARGA DAN KEBAHAGIAAN: STUDI META-ANALISIS

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya studi meta-analisis ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana korelasi sebenarnya antara keseimbangan pekerjaan keluarga dan kebahagiaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik meta analisis dua artefak yaitu koreksi kesalahan pengambilan sampel dan koreksi kesalahan pengukuran. Berdasarkan hasil 16 penelitian ilmiah sebelumnya ditemukan rentang penelitian empiris yang dipublikasi antara tahun 2003 hingga tahun 2020 dengan jumlah sampel seluruhnya sebanyak N= 4.654. Hasil meta-analisis  menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan pekerjaan keluarga berkorelasi positif dengan kebahagiaan (ř =0.561).
