ADULT ATTACHMENT DAN KEPUASAN PERNIKAHAN PADA ISTRI YANG BEKERJA

Abstract
Istri yang bekerja seringkali terbentuk pada persoalan klasik dalam menjalani rumah tangga, yaitu kehilangan kelekatan karena kesibukan dalam bekerja sehingga kepuasan pernikahannya menurun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur secara empiris korelasi antara adult attachment dan kepuasan pernikahan pada istri yang bekerja. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 105 orang ibu bekerja di sektor formal yang telah memiliki anak, memiliki usia perkawinan minimal 2 tahun. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa tiga aspek adult attachment berkorelasi dengan kepuasan pernikahan. Secure attachment memiliki korelasi positif secara signifikan dengan kepuasan pernikahan, sementara itu avoidant attachment dan ambivalent attachment memiliki korelasi secara negatif dengan kepuasan pernikahan.
