RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI KEPATUHAN PENGOBATAN TBC
Abstract
Salah satu indikator program pengendalian Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah tingkat keberhasilan pengobatan. Berbagai faktor diduga menghambat keberhasilan pengobatan TB, diantaranya kegagalan terapi akibat ketidakpatuhan sebagai salah satu faktor utama. Pengembangan mHealth PATUH OAT, aplikasi berbasis android diharapkan sebagai solusinya dengan mengajak keluarga/teman, petugas kesehatan (dokter, perawat, petugas TB), kader kesehatan, pendidik sebaya dan bahkan psikolog untuk mendukung pasien TBC dalam memantau dan memotivasi pengobatannya sehingga dapat meningkatkan tingkat keberhasilan pengobatan. Pengguna mHealth PATUH OAT adalah pasien dan keluarga mereka, petugas kesehatan dan psikolog dengan tiga konten utama: obrolan, obrolan kelompok, artikel kesehatan terkait TB, pengingat pengobatan, laporan pengobatan dan tampilan konfirmasi. Aplikasi mHealth PATUH OAT masih perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut agar fitur-fitur yang dikembangkan dapat berfungsi dengan optimal.
