KOMPETENSI KEPEMIMPINAN GLOBAL DALAM KONTEKS KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI

Abstract
Salah satu syarat penting kepemipinan dalam mengemban tugas, peran, fungsi maupun tanggungjawab masing-masing bagi efektivitas dan kesuksesan adalah kompetensi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kompetensi kepemimpinan global dalam kegiatan operasional perusahaan dalam konteks komunikasi organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Hasil utama dari pelatihan lintas budaya dapat digunakan sebagai pilihan kriteria untuk kepemimpinan global, dan mengidentifikasi delapan komponen hasil pelatihan: empati, keterbukaan, kegigihan, kepekaan budaya, rasa hormat terhadap budaya orang lain, fleksibilitas peran, toleransi ambiguitas, dan keterampilan komunikasi.
