HUBUNGAN JENIS KPD TERHADAP DERAJAT ASFIKSIA NEONATORUM DI RSUD KOTA TANGERANG

Ketuban pecah dini (KPD) merupakan kondisi pecahnya selaput ketuban sebelum proses persalinan dimulai dan dibedakan menjadi Premature Rupture of Membranes (PROM) pada usia kehamilan ≥37 minggu dan Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes (PPROM) pada usia kehamilan <37 minggu. Kondisi ini dapat meningkatkan risiko komplikasi neonatal, salah satunya asfiksia neonatorum. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan jenis KPD (PROM dan PPROM) dengan derajat asfiksia neonatorum di RSUD Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional retrospektif. Data diperoleh dari rekam medis ibu bersalin dengan KPD selama periode lima tahun. Sampel berjumlah 375 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat signifikansi p< 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PPROM merupakan jenis KPD terbanyak yaitu 299 responden (79,7%), sedangkan PROM sebanyak 76 responden (20,3%). Berdasarkan derajat asfiksia yaitu sebanyak 233 bayi (62,1%) tidak mengalami asfiksia, 128 bayi (34,1%) mengalami asfiksia ringan, dan 14 bayi (3,7%) mengalami asfiksia berat. Uji Chi-Square menunjukkan p=0,000 (p<0,05), yang berarti terdapat hubungan signifikan antara jenis KPD dengan derajat asfiksia neonatorum. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara jenis KPD dengan derajat asfiksia neonatorum di RSUD Kota Tangerang.
