ANALISIS NIAT DAN PERILAKU PENGGUNA APLIKASI DOMPET DIGITAL BERDASARKAN FAKTOR KEAMANAN, KEPERCAYAAN DAN RISIKO YANG DIRASAKAN (PENGAPLIKASIAN METODE UTAUT2)
Abstract
Berdasarkan laporan Bank Indonesia, nilai transaksi uang elektronik terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Transaksi uang elektronik yang banyak digunakan adalah uang elektronik berbasis server (dompet digital). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk menganalisis niat dan perilaku pengguna aplikasi dompet digital berdasarkan faktor keamanan, kepercayaan dan risiko yang dirasakan (pengaplikasian metode Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2- UTAUT 2). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi dompet digital (Gopay, Ovo, Dana, Shopeepay dan LinkAja) yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Data yang digunakan adalah data kuesioner yang disebar secara daring dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kondisi fasilitas, kebiasaan, pengaruh sosial dan motivasi hedonis memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap niat perilaku. Selain itu niat perilaku berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pengguna. Harapan kinerja, harapan usaha, nilai harga, keamanan dan kepercayaan yang dirasakan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat perilaku.
