Abstract

Gelombang digitalisasi baru telah hadir karena kemajuan teknologi internet. E-government muncul sebagai metode utama dari sarana digitalisasi pemerintahan. Salah satu teknologi digital tersebut yakni website sebagai salah satu sarana implementasi e-government. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat riset-riset di seluruh dunia terkait penerapan website sebagai penerapan e-government. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review dari 32 jurnal yang terindeks Scopus. Berbagai aspek dalam website e-government yang dibahas pada jurnal ini antara lain e-government, usability, accessibility, user perspective, readability, security, performance, dan fungsi. Usability dan perspektif pengguna menjadi dua hal yang paling banyak dibahas. Pengembangan e-government membutuhkan masukan dari dua sumber, yakni pemerintah sebagai pencipta sistem, dan masyarakat sebagai pengguna sistem. Pemerintah perlu membuat website e-government lebih interaktif lagi dengan pengguna, sedangkan masyarakat perlu didorong untuk berpartisipasi dalam menggunakan dan mengembangkan website e-government. Masih perlu banyak penelitian mengenai website e-government dilakukan khusus implementasinya di Indonesia.
