KETERKAITAN NILAI INDEKS SISTEM PEMERINTAHAN BERBASIS ELEKTRONIK DENGAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH
Abstract
Penelitian ini menghubungkan indeks Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) yang merupakan hasil evaluasi tahun 2019 dengan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). SPBE saat ini harus dilakukan di seluruh Indonesia, sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 95 Tahun 2018. Kementerian dan Lembaga yang merupakan instansi pusat, bersama dengan Pemerintah Daerah harus memiliki SPBE. Penyusunan rencana dan anggaran SPBE Pemerintah Daerah dikoordinasikan oleh perangkat daerah yang bertanggung jawab di bidang perencanaan pembangunan. Hasil evaluasi SPBE tahun 2019 untuk Pemerintah Provinsi dikaitkan dengan nilai PAD untuk provinsi yang bersangkutan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai PAD yang tinggi tidak menjamin nilai indeks SPBE yang tinggi pula.
